The benefits of roll formers are that we can produce a complete 2 storey house, floor joists and roof trusses within a 3-day period, delivering to site on the 4th day.
The stages prior to frame manufacture & delivery are as follow:
1. Request building documentation, architectural CAD file, window & door openings & structural drawings from the customer.
2. Request a company site specific checklist to be filled out and returned
3. Engineering mark up of current building design.
4. Detailing process, create a IFC model to commence structural steel detailing
5. Structural Steel detailing, create IFC model
6. Engineers’ approval on models, layouts and truss engineering reports
7. Internal review & approvals
Note: This process takes between 3-5 weeks depending on how fast information can be passed onto the detailers upon request.
